Requirements
- **2+ years** of experience in customer support or service industry
- **Exceptional verbal communication** skills and confidence in speaking
- Comfortable managing multiple **computer-based programs** (Slack, Notion, Zendesk, etc.)
- **Bachelor's degree** or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Conduct live onboarding training sessions via video-conferencing
- Address customer questions about platform features and workflows
- Triage support emails and escalate to specialized team members
- Identify patterns in support inquiries and report to leadership
