You'll manage a team of Account Executives driving AI solution sales to mid-sized law firms. You'll build playbooks and sales processes to scale the Mid Market organization. This role offers ownership of a fast-growing business at a high-growth AI startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead a team of Account Executives to achieve ARR targets
• Manage revenue forecasting and pipeline maintenance
• Recruit, hire, and develop sales team members
• Refine sales playbook and cross-functional processes

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of tech sales experience
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience with consultative software sales to enterprise clients
• Proven track record selling complex software solutions
