• Own and define end-to-end customer marketing strategy and scalable foundation
• Develop systems to identify, prioritize, and source high-impact customer stories
• Create customer-facing assets like case studies, testimonials, and reference materials
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align messaging and leverage customer insights
• Enable sales teams with customer proof materials for complex deal cycles

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level experience in Customer Marketing or Product Marketing in high-growth B2B SaaS
• Proven ability to build structured programs and operating models in evolving marketing functions
• Strong track record of transforming customer insights into high-impact marketing assets
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
