You'll lead new coach training for current and emerging markets, setting the standard of coaching excellence. You'll report to a Senior Training Manager and shape coach careers in the Northeast region.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Assist Talent Acquisition in selecting high-performing coaches
  • Conduct trainings per Training Manager Toolkit guidelines
  • Collaborate with TA to coordinate training schedules
  • Provide in-studio support for new coaches transitioning onto schedule

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 6 months experience as a leading [solidcore] coach preferred
  • Certified Personal Training Certification from accredited program preferred
  • Time management skills for consistent daily and weekly tasks
  • Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends

  • Experience in coaching and motivating groups
