You'll provide in-person and remote technical support for Mac OS and Windows devices, assisting with IT project deployments and managing identity platforms like Okta and Google Workspace. You'll build strong client relationships and facilitate IT shipments for onboarding and offboarding.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide dedicated support for multiple client accounts
• Assist on IT project deployments like MDM rollouts
• Configure and support Mac OS and Windows devices
• Manage identity platforms such as Okta and Google Workspace

📋 Requirements

• 3-4+ years of experience in an IT focused role
• Experience with Mac OS and Windows
• Customer-service oriented with strong communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in a computing related discipline
• Experience with automation and tooling for onboarding/offboarding
