You'll lead the strategy and growth of Tint's pet insurance vertical, designing embedded insurance solutions for pet owners, employers, and platforms. You'll architect innovative programs in partnership with carriers and digital ecosystems to address rising veterinary costs and pet health risks. You'll scale a new market opportunity with a top Y Combinator-backed startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute pet insurance vertical strategy.
• Design and launch insurance program structures and underwriting.
• Build carrier and capacity partnerships.
• Monitor program performance and optimize profitability.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in pet insurance, accident health, or personal lines.
• Experience designing or launching insurance programs.
• Strong understanding of pet insurance risk characteristics.
• Experience working with carriers, MGAs, or brokers.

• Experience with embedded insurance or digital platforms.
• Familiarity with pet ecosystems (clinics, employers).
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) or CPCU.
