You'll drive rapid referral activation and procedural conversion at newly launched Aquablation Therapy sites, working as an extension of the regional commercial team. Your impact includes optimizing referral pathways, training office staff, and ensuring operational readiness during the first 90-120 days. This role demands exceptional focus and offers visible impact in a fast-growing environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch with ASM/TM
• Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, and referral flow
• Collaborate on billing, coding, and pre-authorization readiness
• Track patient flow, conversion rates, and reimbursement turnaround times

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5-12 years in medical device sales or market development
• Proven ability to influence physician adoption
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
