Description
As a Commercial Channel Business Manager at SentinelOne, you will be the central coordination point for our partner ecosystem, enabling partners through virtual training and demos, qualifying leads, and driving pipeline acceleration. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to support SMB growth.
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in inside sales or channel management within high-tech/SaaS environment.
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity landscape (EDR, XDR, SOC operations).
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce) to manage high-volume partner interactions.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas for lead conversion and partner engagement.
- Excellent virtual communication and demo skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual one-to-many training sessions and demos to increase partner readiness on SentinelOne's core platform and modules.
- Own BANT qualification process for channel-led leads, moving high-quality opportunities through the funnel quickly.
- Act as primary point of contact for deal registrations and administrative inquiries.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid-market and emerging partners through digital outreach and account mapping.
- Collaborate with Field Marketing to launch and track remote-first campaigns for lead generation.
