💼 About This Role

You'll own and scale the processes that make good product decisions repeatable at a global fundraising platform trusted by UNICEF and the Alzheimer's Association. Reporting to the CPO, you'll drive cross-team initiatives from design through adoption while managing a growing two-person team. Expect to work on high-leverage systems that scale across the entire product organization.

• Prioritize and route new Product Ops initiatives across the team
• Lead major cross-team process changes from design to adoption
• Own cross-team processes like quarterly planning and metrics alignment
• Drive AI automation of product workflows and measure impact

📋 Requirements

• Process design experience in a product or tech environment
• Cross-functional influence to align stakeholders without direct reports
• Metrics-driven approach to track adoption and satisfaction
• AI automation fluency to identify and implement workflow automation
