As a Business Development Representative at LeagueApps, you'll be the first point of contact for sports organizers, helping them discover how our platform streamlines operations and drives growth. You'll conduct high-volume outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives, all while collaborating with a passionate team at the intersection of sports and technology.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in FinTech, SaaS, or high-growth sales environment (preferably as SDR/BDR)
- Natural connector with strong relationship-building skills
- Resilient and adaptable, embracing challenges and feedback
- Tech-savvy with experience using Google Apps, Salesforce, or similar CRM
- Passionate about sports and its transformative power
Responsibilities
- Research and identify target youth sports organizations through outbound prospecting
- Conduct 100x daily high-volume outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn) to generate new business opportunities
- Deliver consultative conversations positioning LeagueApps as a trusted partner
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria and schedule meetings for Account Executives
- Track activity, pipeline, and conversion rates in CRM with accuracy
