Description

You will research and document technical accounting conclusions, develop and maintain accounting policies, and provide guidance on new programs and transactions in a fast-moving financial services environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience in public accounting or combination of public and industry
• CPA certification
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
• Financial services or software technology industry experience preferred
• Experience reading and analyzing legal agreements

Responsibilities

• Research complex accounting issues and document technical conclusions for significant matters
• Develop, maintain, and update accounting policies
• Support preparation and review of financial statements and disclosures
• Monitor and assess impact of new accounting standards and regulatory changes
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors and support special projects
