You'll lead workers compensation underwriting for a growth-stage Insurtech company, evaluating risks and pricing policies. Your decisions will directly impact profitability and portfolio quality. You'll collaborate with a forward-thinking team backed by Onex Partners.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Adhere to underwriting guidelines and execute pricing strategies.
• Accept, reject, or modify risk within assigned authority levels.
• Review applications, renewals, and change requests for risk analysis.
• Document underwriting files with risk analysis and pricing justification.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of related experience
• Minimum 5 years of Workers Compensation underwriting experience
• Experience underwriting construction, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing classes

✨ Nice to Have

• CPCU, CIC, CRIS, or Property Casualty Brokers License
• Strong customer service and collaboration skills
