🎯 What You'll Do

• Coach team and product management as Scrum Master
• Foster technical excellence and continuous learning
• Identify and remove organizational impediments
• Facilitate training, workshops, and retrospectives

📋 Requirements

• Proven Scrum Master experience
• Deep knowledge of Agile principles and waterfall methods
• 3+ years of product development experience
• Native Japanese language ability

• Expertise in ERP platforms like SAP or Oracle
• Experience with large-scale Scrum (LeSS)
• Experience facilitating meetings with executive management
