Description

You will manage Cogent Biosciences' network of Specialty Distributor accounts, overseeing physical and financial flow of the portfolio, including launch of Bezuclastinib. You'll build strategic relationships, ensure supply chain integrity, analyze data, and collaborate cross-functionally to support patient access and brand strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's, MBA or RPh a plus
• 5-8 years pharmaceutical trade distribution experience, preferably rare disease or oncology within specialty
• 5+ years in Market Access, Wholesaler or Specialty Pharmacy account management, 3PL management, or distribution supply chain in pharma/biotech
• Understanding of healthcare landscape, compliant manufacturer practices, 3PL, product distribution and fulfillment
• Strong analytical skills with ability to analyze data and inform strategy

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for 5 core specialty distributors
• Lead quarterly business reviews, negotiate fee-for-service agreements, monitor contract compliance
• Ensure seamless distribution of high value products and manage inventory for patient access
• Monitor 852/867 data feeds to track product movement, inventory levels, and channel pull-through
• Oversee order-to-cash process, manage chargebacks, returns, and distribution discrepancies
