You'll lead global communications strategy for a biotech company advancing therapies in neuromuscular disease, cardiometabolic disorders, and cancer. You'll shape corporate narrative, manage media relations, and drive executive communications as a trusted advisor to the CEO and COO.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute global communications strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Serve as strategic communications advisor to COO, CEO, and executive team.
• Lead media relations, press releases, and crisis communications planning.
• Oversee internal communications, including town halls and employee engagement.
• Partner with Investor Relations on earnings and investor narrative.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, PR, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive corporate communications experience.
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industry.
• Proven success in media relations and social media strategy execution.
