You'll independently manage asbestos, lead, and mold projects in the NY metro area. You'll lead air monitoring investigations and develop technical reports. You'll mentor junior technicians and ensure regulatory compliance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform air monitoring for asbestos abatement and mold remediation
• Conduct indoor air quality investigations and sampling
• Develop technical reports documenting site conditions
• Mentor junior technicians on field procedures

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in asbestos, lead, and mold monitoring
• Minimum 3 certifications (AHERA, NYSDOL, etc.)
• Knowledge of OSHA and state regulations
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification
• Additional asbestos accreditations
• Experience in health and safety oversight
