Description

You will oversee a portfolio of technical support, maintenance, and enhancement work for client retainers at AKQA, collaborating with engineering teams to drive high-quality delivery, optimize workflows, and build trusted client relationships. This role focuses on agile practices and emerging technologies including AI.

Requirements

• Experience delivering digital products in technical, continuous delivery environments
• Strong Agile capability and comfort working closely with engineers
• Understanding of modern architectures (headless, composable, cloud-based)
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of technical enhancements, website support, and maintenance across client retainers
• Drive backlog refinement and capacity planning using Kanban and Agile principles
• Foster collaboration across internal and client teams to remove bottlenecks and solve technical challenges
• Act as primary day-to-day client contact, managing expectations and communicating risks and progress
• Optimize support maintenance operations through continuous improvement processes
