Requirements

• Graduate of approved CNA program
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/STNA) certification from Ohio
• Pass state test and be on Nurse Aide Registry
• At least 6 months of direct care CNA/STNA experience

Responsibilities

• Care for residents with day-to-day tasks like bathing, eating, ambulating, and hair care
• Provide support services under nurse supervision
• Help residents be comfortable and independent
• Provide accurate and timely care documentation
