💼 About This Role

You'll perform configuration changes on the Genesys Cloud platform as part of the Platform Adoption service. You'll manage a high volume of MACD opportunities simultaneously with minimal supervision. This role requires strong technical proficiency and the ability to deliver efficient implementations in a remote setting.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Independently assess and scope incoming PA requests
• Execute configuration changes on the Genesys Cloud system
• Manage high volume of concurrent PA opportunities
• Coordinate with Platform Adoption Coordinators and team members

📋 Requirements

• 3 years of hands-on production experience with Genesys Cloud
• GCP certification (Genesys Cloud Platform/Professional level)
• Ability to independently scope and execute complex configuration changes
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent MACD requests

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Genesys Cloud partner ecosystem tools and APIs
• Experience in a high-velocity ticket-driven environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
