🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end design of experiences connecting families across distance and life stage.
• Rapidly prototype using Figma and AI-assisted tools, iterating with real members.
• Create scalable interaction models that simplify complex experiences.
• Expand the design system with patterns for diverse relationships and devices.
• Partner with PM, engineering, and research to deliver high-quality outcomes.

📋 Requirements

• Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Expertise in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience designing for complex systems or multi-user experiences.
• Ability to mentor and influence design culture across teams.
