💼 About This Role

You'll own the full commercial performance of Rohlik's Private Label (Food) category, from strategy to execution. You'll drive growth in sales and margin through assortment, pricing, and promotions. This role offers the chance to shape a strategically important category with real impact on customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiations with key suppliers and Joint Business Plans
• Optimize assortment, pricing, and promotional plans
• Collaborate with Marketing, Pricing, and Supply Chain
• Contribute to regional sourcing and cross-market projects

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in category management or buying
• 2+ years in a senior/lead role
• Experience with Private Label / own-brand food
• Fluent English; Czech preferred
