You'll build high-quality front-end experiences for a digital asset settlement platform serving institutional clients. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Architect and own front-end systems, establishing patterns and component libraries
• Review code across the front-end engineering discipline and drive technical standards
• Foster an efficient, deterministic testing culture with emphasis on minimizing tech debt
• Participate in on-call rotations and troubleshoot production incidents

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience building web applications and UIs
• Deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript
• Experience architecting front-end systems from scratch and supporting them over time
• Experience mentoring other engineers and driving technical standards across a team

✨ Nice to Have

• Production experience with web security (authentication, authorization, identity, API keys)
• Experience with system design for front-end applications at scale
