🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide consultative sales and service experiences at branch locations.
• Build and manage a consumer and business lending pipeline.
• Conduct outbound calls and networking activities to generate referrals.
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance in compliance with policies.

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4+ years of experience as a banker or client relationship consultant
• Experience with retail banking products and services
• Ability to analyze credit data and financial information

✨ Nice to Have

• Advanced knowledge of complex account types (Trusts, POA, etc.)
• Experience with cross-selling and referral management
