You'll oversee EHS capital improvement plans across business units, ensuring projects meet regulatory and safety standards while staying on time and within budget. You'll foster a safety-first culture and drive positive change.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and implement EHS Capital Improvement Plans with budget adherence.
• Manage Change Management, Building Code Compliance, and Contractor Safety.
• Serve as primary contact for property insurance and audit risk management.
• Lead project status meetings and report financial results.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing or facilities management.
• Familiarity with project budgets from $10K to $5M annually.
• Willingness to travel between facilities as needed.
