You'll own full-cycle recruiting for go-to-market and business teams at a fast-growing AI company. Your mission is to attract top talent that will define our next stage of growth. You'll partner with leadership to scale recruiting processes and build world-class revenue teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and team dynamics
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and G&A
• Proactively source top performers and build strong talent pipelines
• Conduct phone screens, coordinate interviews, and guide candidates through the process

📋 Requirements

• 5 to 9+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth startups
• Proven ability to recruit for revenue-generating roles and attract GTM talent
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, Gem, and sourcing platforms
• Strong understanding of GTM motions (SDR, AE, CSM, Marketer)
