Description

You will lead a multi-phase Workday ATS transformation spanning Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding, partnering with People, TA, Engineering, Finance, and an external implementation partner. This high-visibility role operates at the intersection of People, Talent Acquisition, and Enterprise Applications, requiring strong executive presence and change management skills to deliver a scalable, end-to-end hiring platform.

Requirements

  • 10+ years leading large-scale cross-functional programs, ideally in HR or People Systems
  • Hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting/ATS transformations
  • Working knowledge of end-to-end hiring processes
  • Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage external implementation partners and internal teams

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end program leadership for multi-phase Workday ATS transformation
  • Drive alignment across Workforce Planning, Recruiting, and Onboarding
  • Partner with People and TA leadership to navigate change and build trust
  • Lead cross-functional teams across HR, TA, Enterprise Applications, Engineering, Finance, and external partners
  • Establish program governance including milestones, risks, and executive reporting
