📋 Requirements

• Track record leading mechanical construction on utility-scale solar EPC projects.
• Ability to supervise large multi-crew field operations with diverse teams.
• Strong knowledge of tools and heavy equipment on solar construction sites.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 80-90%.
