You'll source off-market homes and negotiate with sellers as a dealmaker for the #1 home buyer in the U.S. You'll shape inventory for thousands of investor transactions using proprietary market data and a high-performance team culture.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Source residential properties through prospecting, research, referrals, and inbound leads
• Analyze properties to determine investment value (ARV, repair costs, comps)
• Negotiate and secure purchase contracts with sellers
• Collaborate with Sales Agents to ensure fast, efficient transactions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in residential real estate, wholesaling, fix-and-flip, or property management
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
• Comfortable making fast, data-driven decisions in a high-activity environment
• High level of personal accountability and self-direction
