You'll execute initial market launch operations for Lalamove's global expansion, from driver acquisition to daily reporting. Your work will validate new markets and build foundational ecosystems. This role offers frequent travel to emerging markets from New York.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support execution of initial market launch operations
• Conduct market, industry, and company research
• Perform peer analysis and competitor due diligence
• Assist in executing new market launches cross-functionally

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations, consulting or corporate strategy within TMT
• Business tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English

• Fluency in a foreign language in addition to English and Chinese
