You'll support centralized data management and project coordination for LA28's competition and non-competition venues. Your work will ensure seamless operational planning across venue teams as LA prepares to host the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collect, organize, and distribute venue-related documents and data
• Maintain accuracy of venue data in planning systems
• Manage platforms like SharePoint and Smartsheet for communication
• Coordinate operational planning with venue teams

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or data management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet
• Working knowledge of data-driven decision-making
• Ability to work on-site in Los Angeles five days a week

• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Prior experience in event or sports organizations
