💼 About This Role
You'll provide world-class technical support to fintech customers via live chat and email. You'll resolve both technical and product issues while coordinating with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams. This role offers the chance to advocate for customer needs and shape the product roadmap.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Provide world-class service to customers post-sales
- Manage customer escalations on technical and product issues
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
- Create and contribute to knowledge base articles
📋 Requirements
- Proven technical support experience at a SaaS company
- Experience providing live chat support managing multiple conversations
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk or Salesforce
- Strong communication skills in English
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience with NetSuite or QuickBooks
- Knowledge of HTML, API, or payment systems
- Experience at a Fintech company
