💼 About This Role

You'll lead planning, ordering, and inventory performance for a key growth market at Rohlik Group's Hungarian online grocery platform. You will drive digital and automated supply chain transformation while partnering with C-level and cross-functional teams. This high-visibility role directly impacts availability, margin, and customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead planning, ordering, and inventory performance across categories
• Manage and develop a small team of supply chain specialists
• Drive automation and digitalisation in forecasting and ordering
• Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Category, Finance, and Operations

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in supply chain, ideally in retail, FMCG, grocery or e-commerce
• Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced environments
• Strong background in planning, ordering, and inventory management
• Fluency in Hungarian and advanced English
