• Well-versed in two or more OOP languages such as Java, Kotlin, or C#.
• Experience leading software development teams using Agile and Lean.
• Knowledge of delivery approaches like TDD, continuous integration, and pairing.
• Ability to develop and execute a technical vision with business value focus.
