You'll design, implement, and troubleshoot enterprise UC solutions for a highly visible government customer. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement enterprise voice, video, and collaboration platforms
• Configure SBCs, voice gateways, dial plans, and QoS
• Serve as technical SME for operational issues
• Participate in Agile execution and collaborative problem-solving

📋 Requirements

• Active Top Secret security clearance
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering with UC focus
• Hands-on expertise with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Webex, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience with session border controllers and voice gateways

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• DoD 8140 certification (e.g., Security+, CISSP)
• Experience with VQ Conference Manager and Cisco Expressway
