You'll manage SpaceX's semiconductor IP portfolio and negotiate complex technical transactions. Your work directly supports the development of technologies for human life on Mars.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage semiconductor IP portfolio including patents, trademarks, trade secrets
• Work with engineering to assess competitive IP assets and impact
• Negotiate IP purchase, license, and development agreements with vendors
• Develop IP strategy playbooks and training materials

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of procurement experience
• 5+ years in IP negotiations
• 5+ years in manufacturing
• 5+ years in semiconductor industry

✨ Nice to Have

• Juris Doctor (JD) from ABA accredited program
• MBA or equivalent master's degree
• Experience with complex IP matters at a top-tier law school
