Description

You will oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including bi-weekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees, tax compliance, and equity transactions. This role ensures accuracy and efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support employee compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• 5+ years of payroll processing experience
• Payroll experience in complex corporate environments
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, and Carta
• Knowledge of state/federal payroll laws
• Proficiency with Google Suite, Word, and Excel

Responsibilities

• Process multiple biweekly payrolls for salaried and hourly employees
• Manage payroll tax calculations, filings, and state tax sites
• Handle stock option compensation and withholding taxes
• Maintain employee information in Carta and support equity transactions
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries and verifications of employment
