💼 About This Role

You'll play a critical role in Flexport's mission to make global trade easy, partnering with forwarding partners, ocean carriers, and trucking providers to build operational performance frameworks. You'll drive performance management of partners and optimize cargo routing using allocation tools. This role offers the chance to shape processes in a fast-growing company disrupting a $10T industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build operational performance framework for Ocean Partner performance across Thailand market
• Use allocation tools to route cargo to optimal carrier contracts
• Drive performance management of freight forwarding, customs partners, and carriers
• Identify partner training needs and design training programs

📋 Requirements

• BA/BS degree with 3+ years of professional logistics or supply chain experience
• Ocean Export Operations experience (TPEB), shipments from East Asia to USA/Canada
• Strong commercial and business acumen
• Prior experience managing programs end to end
