💼 About This Role

You'll lead and grow a global Account Management team for a leading Open Payments Platform. You'll drive strategy for a $40M+ book of business, ensuring strong customer experience and NRR growth. This role balances strategic leadership with hands-on deal execution in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers across segments.
  • Own team forecasting, pipeline health, and reporting against NRR goals.
  • Build and refine operating rhythms including deal reviews and performance management.
  • Drive deal strategy with proposal development and negotiation guidance.

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years of Account Management and/or Customer Success experience.
  • 3+ years managing a team of account managers or existing business sellers.
  • Industry experience with PSPs, payment orchestration, or payment platforms.
  • Experience managing a multimillion-dollar book of business with NRR focus.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience with consumption-based or API-first SaaS models.
  • Success during high-growth scaling periods ($20M–$100M ARR).
  • Experience with international/global customers.
