You'll manage and validate customer-submitted data during onboarding for SMB PetCare customers. You'll act as the first line of quality control, ensuring data completeness and accuracy before downstream processing. This entry-level role offers a clear development path toward a Data Analyst position.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Receive and review customer data submissions for completeness and formatting.
• Enforce data templates and flag non-compliant submissions.
• Communicate with customers to request corrections and clarifications.
• Maintain tracking records of submission status across engagements.

📋 Requirements

• Familiarity with structured data formats like CSV and spreadsheets.
• Ability to follow defined templates and validation rules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for navigating and sorting data.
• Basic MySQL database knowledge to understand data relationships.
