💼 About This Role

You'll lead Delivery Services across EMEA, owning the end-to-end implementation and advisory function for Fivetran's data pipeline platform. You'll drive operational excellence, time-to-value improvements, and AI-led transformation to ensure customers realize value at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end accountability for Delivery Services including scoping, delivery, and budget
• Drive operational rigour and improve time-to-value across customer engagements
• Lead innovation and evolve the Delivery Services function with AI integration
• Coach and develop team members through regular 1:1s and career plans

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading onboarding, solution architect, or professional services teams
• Track record of improving how a function operates with measurable results
• Strong commercial instinct to work with Sales and position Services as a value driver
• Technical credibility in data, SaaS, or cloud environments
