You'll lead service operations for a robotic automated delivery platform at Woven City, a test course for future mobility. You'll improve products and workflows by collaborating with international technical teams and on-site operators.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Improve products and operations of multiple services using robotic automated delivery platform
• Clarify product requirements to enhance service quality
• Collaborate with international technical development team to implement improvements
• Communicate with internal and group company stakeholders involved in Woven City operations

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in hardware-related service operations design, launch, maintenance, and improvement
• Ability to formulate hypotheses from qualitative and quantitative data and document product requirements
• Technical knowledge and communication skills to drive action in diverse engineering teams
• Business-level English and Japanese proficiency

• Hands-on experience training and managing on-site operators
• Experience improving manufacturing processes through work observation
