You'll define and scale how Tacto delivers procurement value by leading a forward-deployed Customer Value Task Force. You'll drive measurable cost savings and strategic transformation for manufacturing clients, combining deep consulting expertise with Tacto's AI platform. This role offers high ownership and impact at the forefront of AI in procurement.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a team of ~5 Customer Value Strategists
• Partner with Product and Tech to embed procurement best practices
• Own end-to-end realization of cost savings for customers
• Lead executive-level client engagements with manufacturing companies

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leading high-performing teams in dynamic environments
• Extensive experience in strategy, procurement, or operations consulting
• Proven track record in realizing measurable cost savings
• Experience engaging with C-level decision-makers
