🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the internal platform strategy
• Own and improve the end-to-end developer journey
• Lead and grow a team of SREs
• Oversee major incident response and follow-up

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering management experience
• Strong understanding of platform engineering concepts
• Solid background in distributed systems and infrastructure
• Deep familiarity with SRE concepts such as SLIs/SLOs
