You'll be the voice of the customer while shielding developers from noise, distilling feedback into meaningful feature requests.

• Onboard new customers, migrating data and training the team.
• Conduct recurring check-ins with your book of business.
• Advocate for customers while shielding developers from noise.

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years of tech/software experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Ability to become an expert on RIAs and financial advisory workflows.
