💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, working with private equity firms and corporate acquirers. Your core impact is delivering Quality of Earnings analyses that drive informed investment decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
• Analyze Quality of Earnings, working capital, and cash flows.
• Develop client deliverables including Excel analyses and PowerPoint presentations.
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in audit or financial due diligence.
• Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in New York City three days per week.

✨ Nice to Have

• CFA or advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• Experience with Power BI and Alteryx.
• Familiarity with AI tools and continuous learning mindset.
