💼 About This Role

You'll provide technical analysis and resolution for production incidents on Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform. You'll work closely with Engineering and DevSecOps teams to ensure high-quality support and publish knowledge articles for standard operating procedures. This role stands out for its focus on IAM and CPAM service offerings.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Communicate with end users to explain issues and solutions.
• Perform technical analysis and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Publish knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.
• Debug and troubleshoot break-fix issues to resolution.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in IGA solutions
• Strong domain knowledge in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience with Saviynt or similar IAM tools
• Extensive experience in SQL and scripting (Shell, JavaScript, Python, Groovy)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with REST/SOAP web services using Postman
• Knowledge of operating systems such as Linux, Unix, and Windows
• Prior experience integrating with SSO providers
