You'll be the frontline owner of customer outcomes at Freetrade, resolving investing-related queries via chat and email. Your core impact is delivering timely, high-quality resolutions that build customer trust and retention. You'll also coach Associate-level colleagues and improve processes as a subject matter expert.
đŻ What You'll Do
- Respond to inbound customer questions via chat and email.
- Investigate issues using internal tools to identify root cause.
- Resolve problems against guidelines for first-time-right outcomes.
- Document interactions and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
đ Requirements
- 1â3 years in customer support (chat/email preferred).
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in SLA-driven support environments.
