You'll be the frontline owner of customer outcomes at Freetrade, resolving investing-related queries via chat and email. Your core impact is delivering timely, high-quality resolutions that build customer trust and retention. You'll also coach Associate-level colleagues and improve processes as a subject matter expert.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Respond to inbound customer questions via chat and email.
  • Investigate issues using internal tools to identify root cause.
  • Resolve problems against guidelines for first-time-right outcomes.
  • Document interactions and follow up to confirm satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

  • 1–3 years in customer support (chat/email preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience in SLA-driven support environments.
