💼 About This Role

You'll own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for customer retention across HighLevel's all-in-one marketing platform. You'll partner with Engineering, Data Science, and Customer Success to reduce churn and drive long-term customer value. This role offers top-level business impact and a collaborative environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and track churn, renewal, and engagement KPIs by cohort.
• Design product features and nudges to proactively reduce churn.
• Partner with Customer Success to build retention and expansion hooks.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into product requirements.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience in software/digital products.
• Proven track record owning product strategy and execution at senior/IC level.
• Prior experience working on retention, churn reduction, or customer success.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with experiment design experience.
