• Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, supporting decision-making and follow-through on key initiatives.

• Identify operational bottlenecks and design AI-automation solutions to improve efficiency.
• Define and track performance metrics like time saved and operational efficiency gains.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in high-growth environments (consulting, VC, tech ops, or similar).
• Strong academic background in Systems Engineering, Management Science, or MBA.
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks and automation tools.
• Ability to design logic flows and understand API integrations.

• Experience in industrial or technology-driven sectors.
• Familiarity with process optimization methodologies.
• Prior experience as Chief of Staff or in a similar strategic role.
