💼 About This Role

You'll teach and nurture behavioral, social, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting with children with autism, following treatment plans developed by BCBAs. You'll receive paid training to become an RBT and mentoring from lead clinical staff.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Teach behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in 1:1 settings.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs for children with autism.
• Record session data in Central Reach using a tablet.
• Assist children with lunch, bathroom, and diaper changes.

📋 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old with valid driver's license.
• Must obtain RBT certification within 45 days of employment.
• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prefer background in child care (teaching, counseling, babysitting).
• Prefer First Aid and CPR certification.
• Prefer bachelor's degree in Pediatrics or Human Development.
